In addition to creating the Concepts, Designs and Construction Drawings for new homes and renovations, their credentials include Professional membership in the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) with the national Council of Building Designer Certification, a Green Building Diploma from NCSU, a Renewable Energy Technology Diploma from NCSU, and the principal is a licensed NC General Contractor and member of the National Homebuilders Assoc. (NAHB) and the Lake Norman Home Builders Assoc. (LNHBA), offering Construction Observation services, working for the homeowner, as a liason, with the entire construction team. Also, serving on the AIBD Universal and Sustainable Design Committee and the LNHBA Green Building Council, as Co-Chair.
