Living Area

Vaulted ceilings make the house appear larger and more open, while the see-through fireplace adds warmth and comfort. The two-story stone fireplace opens to the great room and dining area with recessed display niches on each side.

Kitchen & Bar

A cozy kitchen with bar area for casual dining, the room was uniquely designed with glass block windows in the backsplash areas letting sunlight pour into the room. A functional home office was designed just off the kitchen for organizing and running a busy real estate business.

Dining-Living View

For clients who entertain weekly, the home was designed for guests to mingle and congregate throughout the kitchen, dining and living areas with the beautiful scenery constantly visible. The dining area was created similar to a sunroom allowing guests to also enjoy the scenic area throughout their meal, bringing the feel of being outdoors to the inside.

Master Bath

Designed with a cathedral ceiling in the master bath, large windows frame the beautiful view on the secluded 3.5 acre lot letting natural light illuminate the room.

Front View

Located down a long winding drive, the home was positioned on the lot at a unique angle requiring an interesting entrance design. The main entry and porch were angled toward the drive and the home was placed in a way that provided the unique feel the clients requested and allowed for maximum windows to capture the natural views.

Back View

Overlooking the pool and a waterfall constructed with stone from the property, the trellis porch provides outdoor entertaining options and a beautiful view. A courtyard was also designed off of the guest suite, creating a private area for guests.
