Creating a warm open atmosphere was the goal of the Campbell's home design. The home takes full advantage of the lakefront scenery by using a stepped room layout that allow views from the master suite, children's rooms, living and dining rooms. The Craftsman-style two-story home features a full basement that includes Campbell's workshop, complete with woodworking and finishing areas. The outside of the home achieved its unique look with hardi-shake siding and a stone foundation and incorporates exposed timber beams built by the homeowner.

 

 

Street Side

This street side view displays the homes unique Craftsman look featuring the various colors and textures. The circle drive opens to the formal entryway which features an 11'6" tall custom-designed front door featuring beveled and stained glass.

 

Lake View

When viewed from the lake cove, the beautiful home shows off its multiple levels and covered porches. The full basement, which includes the owner's workshop as well as a relaxing recreation area and guest bedroom can also be viewed from the lake.

 

Dining

Open to the living and kitchen areas, the dining room maximizes the lot's view with large windows in a vaulted ceiling that also provide natural light for the eating area.

 

Entryway/Library

Upon entry to the home, guests are greeted in a foyer that showcases the owners' love for reading and music. The library, complete with beautiful built-in bookcases creates an elegant stairway to the second level with lighted newel post created by the owner. The foyer was also designed with a special built-in niche for display of the family's antique piano.
