We have since relocated to the Green Home Studio
at 7390 Gabriel St. Sherrills Ford, NC

Our previous office located at 21016 Catawba Avenue in Cornelius, NC is now for sale.  The house, which was originally built in 1911, was formerly a retail location.

This space features a colorful, creatively stimulating environment. Conveniently located to I-77 within 1/4 mile and within 20 minutes of up-town Charlotte, away from the congestion of West Catawba Avenue.

The property is .611 acre and includes: the main building is 2700 sq. ft. - the first floor of this two story house is 1700 sq. ft., which includes, 3 offices with one easily used as a conference room with built-in bookshelves, one large Workroom, a full Kitchen and a Bathroom. One Office has a private entrance and lots of storage space.
The office is pre-wired for audio and internet and includes an alarm system. The second floor is 1000 sq. ft.   Additionally there is 600 sq. ft. detached Garage and a 670 sq. ft. detached Cottage. There is ample off-street parking, with a circular drive (new concrete driveway required by the town of Cornelius for fire truck access) and a fenced in rear yard.

Additionally, a renovation to the entire first floor was done which included:  new electrical wiring, (your pre-wire), plumbing, insulation, windows, trim, paint, refinished the floors, new Kitchen, new Bathroom, replaced probably 50% of the siding and put a new roof on the front porch, new flat roof on the rear of the building and a new flat roof on the cottage. On the second floor, we painted and refinished the floors.

This colorful space will have a completely new look as our conference room.

After closing on the new property on December 9, 2003,
Jenny felt it appropriate to celebrate our achievement with a small celebration.
Some friends and associates joined us for a casual gathering to check out our
new building before the renovations were underway.

Friend and owner of Spivey Construction Company, Willis Spivey offers a toast
to Pippin Home Design's continued success at the new location.

Realizing her goal of several years, Jenny is finally on her way to having
her company's offices located in an older renovated home.

The celebration had hardly ended when Bob Bastine of Robert Thomas Renovations arrived to start the work, including our new Pella Windows.

To make way for the new look of our offices, much of the existing interior was removed.

What was once the foyer area has now been gutted in preparation of the renovations.

Structural renovations, including re-wiring the house and building up floors in the back of the building, have required the hard work of our renovation builder's team.

This photo, taken in late January 2004, offers a glimpse at the new look of 21016 Catawba Avenue- a fresh, new look for the building including an eye-catching green
with crisp, white trim.

Warmer weather and Mother Nature helped to accessorize
the new look of our completed renovation.

A custom-designed sign added just the right touch to the exterior of our new office.

Visitors to our new office can see- and feel- the creative flair
 that encompasses everything we do.

Our new kitchen area doesn't even look like the same room as it was before the renovation, but should serve us well for our future events.

With colors chosen specifically to encourage creativity, Jenny's new office space allows her the necessary space and environment conducive to her design work.

The new conference room provides ample space for discussing plans and displaying our library of products as well as Jenny's many design awards.

A unique arched doorway greets visitors as they enter our new office and look into the Marketing and Administrative office.

After months of searching for the right location, planning the design and making it all come together, we enjoyed our Grand Opening celebration on September 2, 2004.  The Lake Norman and Mooresville-South Iredell Chambers of Commerce were on hand to commemorate the new location with Ribbon Cutting ceremonies.

Along with good food and friends, great music was provided complements of Tonya Wood who returned from our "Closing Celebration" a few months earlier.

The team that made this dramatic transformation a reality-
Jennifer B. Pippin, who designed the renovation, and Bob Bastine
of Robert Thomas Renovations who contracted the work.

Along with friends, neighbors and business associates, we also enjoyed the company of our current, prospective and past clients who were able to share their experiences with each other.

Dressed in our signature purple, all of the Pippin team was on hand to enjoy the festivities.
