Jennifer B. Pippin, owner of Pippin Home Designs, Inc. in Cornelius, NC is a nationally acclaimed Residential Design Specialist, Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) and a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). She is also a NC Licensed General Contractor.
Pippin’s national awards and credentials speak to her professional capability. These include numerous national design awards, the prestigious NAWBO Charlotte Woman Business Owner of the Year Award and the Charlotte Business Journal’s Top 25 Women in Business Achievement.
Ranging from 2,000 square feet to over 17,000 square feet, Pippin designs unique creations for starter-home cottages, retirement villas, custom luxury homes and vacation retreats. For many years, Pippin has been interested in green design and green practices. She makes every effort to educate her clients on going green and also speaks to local groups about various design trends including green/sustainable design.

Pippin Home Designs, Inc. was excited to have Dwayne join the team in the summer of 2005. Dwayne’s background includes designing and drafting homes in the 2,000-8,000 sq. ft. range, and he has contributed to many award-winning homes that appeared in the Pinehurst Magazine.
Proficient in AutoCad and computer applications, Dwayne successfully manages custom homes designed by the Pippin Home Designs team including consulting with clients and project team members.
Dwayne graduated with an A.A.S Degree in Architectural Technology and was awarded the Timothy Howle Scholarship for Outstanding Architectural Student. In addition, Dwayne is a professional member of AIBD and is working toward becoming a Certified Professional Building Designer.
Elizabeth Watson

Elizabeth began her career at Pippin Home Designs, Inc. as an intern in 2003, and we wouldn’t let her leave! She evolved from an intern, quickly becoming an essential part of the Pippin Home Designs team. Her insight and attention to detail help clients feel confident that they are receiving the most complete and accurate set of plans.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Appalachian State University, Elizabeth earned a BA in Industrial Drafting & Design with a Minor in Interior Design.
In addition, Elizabeth uses her many creative talents to create scrapbooks and photo albums. She loves the outdoors and spent seven months traveling through New Zealand and Australia.

Carolyn brings years of experience to her position as Operations Manager. Her proven management and administrative skills give her significant expertise in addressing the various needs of clients, vendors and staff.
With great care and thought, Carolyn personally helps navigate and educate clients through the home design process, beginning with the first phone call.
