When this race family began growing, they needed their home to grow with them. Transforming from simple to sensational, the total square footage of this 1990's ranch style lake home was doubled by adding a guest suite on one wing, and a recreation room retreat on the opposing wing, giving a U- shape to the lakeside of the home, allowing the family to enjoy new found privacy at the summer kitchen and pool area. |

This barn-style home was given a complete facelift and transformed into a Florida-style seaside beach house. Added to the house were a new Great Room, Master Suite, and Front Entryway. In addition, new designs were created for the home to revise the kitchen, dining room, and home office to create a better flow throughout the home. When complete, the exterior changes were very dramatic. The home now appears more than twice as large as its original size with only 1063 sq. ft. added onto the original structure. |

This older existing lake home was initially purchased as an investment. Due to it's close proximity to the lake, providing excellent water views, the home had become 'grandfathered' into its location, which created the need to redesign it rather than remove it and build a new home further removed from the lake. The main objective of this project was to give the home some badly needed curb appeal, as well as, up-date the floor plan with larger, more functional living spaces and additional bedrooms. |
