The Team Approach is a cohort of specialists in the various disciplines required to complete your custom home project.  This collaborative method employs the knowledge, expertise and artistry of each specialist cohesively in every step from beginning to end.  The Team members for each custom home can vary depending on the specific requirements of each project, though the standard key players are typically a residential designer or architect, a builder, an interior designer, a landscape designer and perhaps a pool designer or any other specialist your unique project requires.  Identifying which specialists you need and involving them from the very beginning is key to providing the best overall solution for a new home or renovation project.

After 38 years in residential home design, we at Pippin Home Designs have developed very strong relationships with some of the top notch specialists in the industry.  

These are professionals we know work well with a team concept, cohesively with others, with effective communication, efficiency, proficiency, honesty and integrity.  By no means do we require you to work with our preferred specialists, though we do encourage you to choose your team wisely and early on in the process.  Typically we like to meet with your chosen builder in your initial consult with us.  If you have an interior designer that early in the stage then we are very happy to meet with them in the initial consult as well.

Regardless of the size or type of your upcoming home project, your decision to select your Design/Build Team members early in the process is one you will not regret.
