Our process begins by listening to the land, following the light, enhancing the views, and connecting with the natural rhythms of the site. Rather than forcing a design onto a property, we shape each home to the lay of the land, the path of the sun, and the unique character of its surroundings.
Integrating principles of biophilia, primal architecture, neuroarchitecture, and natural daylighting, we create spaces that calm the nervous system, support health, and foster connection to nature, to others, and to oneself. We encourage the use of healthier, low- or non-toxic materials so the spaces we inhabit nourish rather than compromise us.
As luxury home designers, we design intuitively and intentionally, guided by decades of experience and a deep sensitivity to how spaces feel, not just how they look. When a space is aligned, it supports life; when it is not, people can feel the difference.

MEET JENNY PIPPIN
FOUNDER, CEO, AND LEAD ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Jenny’s understanding of whole-home wellness isn’t theoretical – it’s lived. In 1986, a car accident left her with a broken back and eight months of recovery in a home that wasn’t built to support her: no accessibility, hallways too narrow for a stretcher, a layout that presented obstacles at every turn.
Though something unexpected happened. Surrounded by natural light, views of the forest, fresh air, soaring ceilings, and the daily rhythms of family life, Jenny experienced firsthand how profoundly a home can influence healing, wellbeing, and quality of life. That revelation became the foundation of everything she has designed since.
In 1987, she launched Pippin Home Designs on the belief that a home should actively support the health of everyone inside it, and the land it sits on. Certified in Healthy Home Design, Green Building, and Renewable Energy, Jenny designs with equal reverence for people and place. Her philosophy is simple: homes shouldn’t just shelter life – they should support it.
OUR PROCESS
Designing your home should feel as good as living in it. Our process is designed to bring you clarity, creativity, and peace of mind at every step – so the journey feels as enjoyable as the destination. We begin with a relaxed discovery call followed by a comprehensive consultation with our lead architectural designer, Jenny, where we explore your vision, your lifestyle, and the full potential of your land.
From there, the design moves through Site Assessment & Conceptual Design, Design Development, and finally Construction Drawings – each phase rooted in collaboration, transparency, and the belief that a well-designed process leads to a home that truly feels right.
