In 1987, Jenny Pippin FAIBD, CPBD, CGP, founded Pippin Home Designs with a commitment to enhance lives and harmonize with Earth through holistic design. Her perspective, grounded in an understanding of our place within the ecosystem and the energetics required for a harmonious home, shapes each of her home designs. Our mission is clear: to include the environmental conditions of every project – the lay of the land, the path of the sun, the vegetation, and views to be incorporated – to ensure our clients feel fully supported and living their best lives right where they spend the most time – their HOME!

We design homes that heal, by working in harmony with nature, the land, and the people who live in them.
We believe architecture should support human well-being on every level – physical, emotional, and energetic. A truly successful home is not just beautiful; it feels right!
Our process begins by listening to the land, following the light, enhancing the views, and connecting with the natural rhythms of the site. Rather than forcing a design onto a property, we shape each home to the lay of the land, the path of the sun, and the unique character of its surroundings.
Integrating principles of biophilia, neuroaesthetics, and natural daylighting, we create spaces that calm the nervous system, support health, and foster connection to nature, to others, and to oneself. We encourage the use of healthier, low- or non-toxic materials so the spaces we inhabit nourish rather than compromise us.
As luxury home designers, we design intuitively and intentionally, guided by decades of experience and a deep sensitivity to how spaces feel, not just how they look. When a space is aligned, it supports life; when it is not, people can feel the difference.
We believe the future of residential design lies in working with nature: preserving trees, respecting topography, and creating homes and communities that feel rooted, timeless, and alive.
Our goal is not simply to design houses – we create homes and developments that honor the land, elevate daily living, and leave a meaningful legacy for generations to come.

OUR SUPERHERO
Pippin Home Designs hit a whole new level of awesomeness when Jenny’s husband, Wes Stearns, officially joined the crew in 2014. Wes brings his A-game with skills in CADD, 3-D CADD, and a unique perspective as a pro photographer and artist. His 28 years of experience working in the medical field brings a strong awareness of how important being healthy is to living fully, and how much a person’s environment impacts their wellness. Wes brings his technological and artistic expertise to the table in a whole new way, creating a collaborative design process that helps transform visions into reality.

Jessica started out as the wordsmith crafting magic for Pippin Home Designs’ blog series. Her own deep relationship with Mother Earth provided foundational knowledge that matched Pippin’s integrative approach to educating homeowners. Now, fast forward over three years, and her role has blossomed into a flourishing garden of support. From day-to-day operations to building strong relationships, Jessica’s seeds have been planted everywhere. There’s practically no element of the business that doesn’t receive a dose of Jessica’s direct support.

Breckyn Monteith
YOUTHFUL LIFEFORCE ENERGY
Breckyn, our newest team member at Pippin, hails from a family deeply rooted in residential construction. As the daughter of local BAAS Construction owners, she grew up immersed in the world of building. Fun fact: the ‘B’ in BAAS represents Breckyn, and her siblings’ names complete the acronym that defines their family business. With a natural affinity for residential design and construction, Breckyn continually impresses us with her rapid growth in CADD skills and her unwavering passion for excellence in the industry.
Julia Malone
INTERNATIONAL MANIFESTOR
Julia followed her intuition straight to us. While designing healthy homes and running wellness centers in Costa Rica, she dreamed of joining a talented U.S. team set on shaking up the residential design industry. We helped bring her and her family from the jungles of Costa Rica to the States as a free trade Architect. Now, she’s actualizing her Architecture license through the Masters program at The Boston Architectural College. Fueled by her passion for Vastu and nature-inspired design that unlocks human potential, Julia is driving our growth and taking our story global.
