Jenny Pippin, our founder, CEO, and lead residential designer, built her career on the belief that great design should enhance lives. With over 40 years of experience turning client’s visions into reality, Jenny is a visionary with a relentless pursuit of finding better ways to live.
What sets Jenny apart is her unparalleled attention to detail and deep understanding of how people truly live in their homes. She listens intently to what her clients say and to what they may not even know how to articulate. With a talent for customizing each design to suit both style and function, Jenny brings a unique blend of creativity and intuition to every project. Whether the vision is modern, traditional, or somewhere in between, she has the ability to design beautiful, livable homes in any style—each one customized to embrace each client’s day-to-day life, core tenets, and goals.
WORKING WITH US
We have a six-step process that will guide you through your home design journey from start to finish. It begins with a Discovery Call, which determines if we’re a good fit for one another, followed by the Initial Consultation where you’ll meet Jenny and discuss your project. Next comes the Proposal & Contract, with scope and fees clearly defined. From there, the design process moves through three phases: Design Phase I, the Site Assessment & Conceptual Design; Design Phase II, Design Development; and Design Phase III, Construction Drawings.
